It would be nice to have customheaders apply to all emails (posts and listtexts) and a new tunable postheaders to include additional headers for posts only (listtexts can already include headers, of course).

The override order and behaviour would have to be carefully considered. My gut feeling is to override only mlmmj default headers, and only for headers in listtexts and postheaders; always unconditionally add customheaders.
