Description:
------------
The listtexts/en/help file contains the following fragment:

  %ifcontrol subonlyget%
    Anyone
  %else%
    Subscribers
  %endif%
can retrieve message number N from the list's archive by sending a message
to <$list+$get-N@$domain$> (change the N to the number of the desired
  message).

The condition seems to be reversed: if subonlyget is active, it should print "Subscribers", not "Anyone".

Listtexts in other languages potentially contain the same mistake if they were made on the basis of the English one.
