Description:
------------
TUNABLES implies that verp is enabled by the verp file, but in reality it simply asks the SMTP server to do VERP on its behalf. Please have README and TUNABLES say that verp exists when VERP is to be done by the MTA, if it does not exist then VERP is being done itself by mlmmj, as Mailman does. I was going to do a dangerous implementation of VERP in XMail, but I don't need to now. :-) But please make it so others don't have to try it to find out by documenting it.
More info see:

Edit: also, verp file can be empty, implying disable VERP, and do only DSN bounces. Add "See also staticbounce."
