New options for mlmmj-make-ml, it's now able to create a list entirely on the 
command line:
-d: the domain name part of the mailing list
-C: user to chown the spool directory to without confirm
-o: email address of the list owner (default 'postmaster')
-l: language of this mailing list (default 'en')
-n: do not print any help info
