I've added a footer file in /var/spool/mlmmj/listname/control to have a custom
footer appended to the posts in our mailing list.
When creating a new post from a Ubuntu box using the Thunderbird mail client, the
footer is always appended. No exceptions. However, when creating a new post from
an OS X 10.6.8 box using the Outlook (MS Office 2011 for Mac edition), the footer
isn't appended on the first post. It is appended however when replying to a post
from another subscriber.

Expected result:

The footer should always appear correctly regardless of the system and mail client
used to create the post.
Actual result:

The post without the appended custom footer.
