Ex users subscribed to the digest version of one of my mailing lists are not 
automatically pruned.   Example: there were 69 attempts to deliver to a user, 
each attemt logging dsn=5.1.1, stat=User unknown

Jan 12 15:39:11 server sm-mta[14736]: p0CNcxil006647: to=<foo-bar@example.com>, 
delay=00:00:11, xdelay=00:00:11, mailer=esmtp, pri=30558, relay=aln-ma\
ilrelay.att.net. [12.102.252.75], dsn=5.1.1, stat=User unknown


Looking at the mlmmj.operation.log I see that mlmmj thought it had unsubscribed 
that user a few days ago.

Fri Jan  7 18:52:01 2011 mlmmj-maintd: foo-bar@example.com unsubscribed due to 
bouncing since  Sun Jan  2 04:55:25 2011

Didn't happen. And why would it wait 5 days on a User unknown bounce, anyway?  
That's a lot of bounces on an active list... enough to get one placed on a 
reputation blacklist. . :-(
